Do you provide full property management?
Right Angle focuses primarily on cleaning, preventative maintenance and operational support. We work alongside both the residential and commercial sectors to improve overall condition, reporting, and upkeep.
What is included in a Property Health Check?
A Property Health Check is a non-invasive visual assessment designed to give you an overall picture of your property's condition, presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance requirements. Following the inspection, you'll receive a concise report and 'health score', along with practical recommendations to help protect its appearance, functionality, and long-term value.
What is a Hygiene Reset?
A Hygiene Reset is a coordinated deep-clean and presentation-focused service designed to restore cleanliness, order, and overall property condition. Areas covered include, but are not limited to, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, internal surfaces, and decluttering.
Do you carry out repairs directly?
Some minor maintenance may be handled internally depending on scope and availability. For specialist or regulated works, we may organise approved third-party contractors on your behalf.
Can I choose individual services instead of a plan?
Yes. All of our services can be booked individually or combined into a tailored subscription.
What are Property Care Plans?
Property Care Plans are monthly subscription packages designed to keep properties consistently well-managed and presentable through ongoing maintenance. Plans are divided into tiers depending on the level of service required, but all of them include a full inspection, hygiene reset, maintenance schedule, and discounts on transport services.
How often should inspections be carried out?
This depends on the age and type of property, its occupancy status, tenant turnover, and maintenance history. Most customers choose either monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual inspections.
Do you provide reports after visits?
Yes. Documentation is one of our fundamental pillars of service. This can include digital reports, photographs, site observations, action recommendations, and service summaries.
Do you work with landlords and letting agents?
Yes. We try to support all property owners, including public and private landlords, housing providers, letting agents, and serviced accommodation operators.
Can you help prepare a property for sale or letting?
In short: yes. Our co-ordinated approach and scope of service means that you can deliver on those vital first impressions.
Do you offer emergency callouts?
Emergency availability depends largely on time, location, and operational capacity. Priority scheduling is also given as part of our Comprehensive and Premium subscriptions. Please contact us directly for urgent situations.

How much do your services cost?
Pricing largely depends on property size, general condition, frequency, access requirements, and service scope. We always try to be flexible in order to provide the best price and offer tailored quotations based on your needs and budget.
Are your services insured?
Yes. Right Angle has full Public Liability Insurance. Appropriate business and operational insurance policies (e.g. waste licence) are maintained in line with service requirements.

How do cancellations work?
We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice when cancelling standard appointments, but longer notice periods may be required for larger scheduled works. Late cancellations may incur charges.
